Device Needed: A support pack is tuning only and does not include the EZ Lynk Auto Agent 1-2&3.0 device itself unless purchased as a bundle.

VIN Locking: While the Auto Agent device can be moved between trucks, the support pack and its associated tune files are locked to a single VIN.

Installation: You must download the EZ Lynk Auto Agent app (iOS or Android) and link your vehicle to the technician's account to receive the files.

Additional Hardware: Some newer trucks (like 2018+ RAMs) may require additional security bypass cables or ECU unlocks to enable tuning.

**EZ-Lynk 4-Week Lynk (Limited) VS Lifetime Lynk (Unlimited EXPLAINED**

 For EZ-Lynk THERE IS ONLY 2 OPTIONS 

 2 Types of Support Packs

4-Week (Limited) Support: Provides 30 days of access to all compatible tune files (e.g., tow, street, performance). After 30 days, the tunes currently installed on your vehicle remain functional, but you lose the ability to download different files or receive new updates unless you upgrade.

Lifetime (Full) Support: Grants indefinite access to all current and future tune files for that specific vehicle for as long as the tuner supports it. This includes permanent access to updates, revisions, and the ability to switch between tunes at any time. 

Device Requirement: A support pack is tuning only and does not include the physical EZ Lynk Auto Agent hardware, OBDII cables, or Shift-On-The-Fly (SOTF) switches.

Vehicle Coverage: Support packs are available for most modern diesel trucks, including Ford Powerstroke (2008–2026), Ram Cummins (2010–2024), and GM Duramax (2011–2024).

Note: Some newer models (e.g., 2022+ Ram or 2017+ GM) may require additional hardware like ECU swaps or unlock cables to accept tunes.

Tuning Options: Packs often include multiple power levels, ranging from Optimized Stock to Race (+150 HP or more), along with specialized Tow and Eco tunes. Transmission tuning is sometimes included or sold as a separate add-on.
